I was born and raised in West Chester, Pennsylvania, and ever since I was a kid, I've loved all kinds of smoked meats. Some of my memories are of my mom and family cooking together — the smell of food filling the air, and plenty of meat on the table. I was that kid who ate like a grown man!

I'll never forget watching my uncles fire up the pit and roast a whole pig or chickens on the rotisserie. That's where my passion for smoked meats began, and it's something I've carried with me into adulthood. Now, I get to share it with my daughter, who's learned to love smoking meats just as much as I do.

Every time I cook for family and friends, they always tell me how much they love my meat — and now, I'm proud to share that same flavor and passion with you.
